Cub Scout Can Drive
For those of you in White Pigeon, please support our Cub Scouts Pack 419 in our pop can and bottle drive on Saturday, July 10 from 10 a.m. to noon. We will be going door to door in White Pigeon collecting. If you would like to donate and know that you won't be home that morning, please feel free to drop me a note when you would like us stop and pick up. Thanks in advance for your help!

Cub Scout Graduation 2010
Xavier graduated from Bear Den to Webelos Den this year. Aiden moved from Webelos 1 to Webelos 2, and he will become a Boy Scout in February and participate in a graduation ceremony then. Both boys received the patches they'd earned for the year, and Aiden received a trophy for winning first place in the Pinewood Derby this year. :-))

Aiden & Xavier's Great Day
Aiden made a clean sweep with, count 'em, four big awards this semester! He had perfect attendance for the semester, Most Improved in Math, and he reached his Accelerated Reader goal for both nine weeks in the semester!! Congratulations Aiden!! Click on his picture below to see each award:

Happy Fall!
We've had a busy fall so far. Nana and Papa came to visit a couple weekends ago, Ike's been having fun exploring the world on two feet instead of all fours, we enjoyed a couple extra weeks of warm weather before fall really hit, we got ready for Halloween by decorting pumpkins and making cutout cookies, and we took the kids to Safe Halloween in Kalamazoo. Ike was treated to the pleasure of his second hair cut, which he thoroughly did not enjoy, but he needed it! Click on the pics below to open the albums.

New School Year
Aiden and Xavier started school today, and they were much more excited about it than I remember being during my school years. :+) Just a couple quick pics on the first day since we were running behind schedule, big surprise for those of you that know me (right mom? lol). I got a pic of Xavier in his classroom, but then when I got Aiden's room they were ready to start class so I didn't get a pic of him at his desk...
